Returns & Exchanges Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Non-returnable items:
- Books, Swimwear, Underwear
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them
- With tags attached and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email agapeexcursions@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged/defective items): clear images of the entire item and the specific issue
If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at agapeexcursions@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Books, Swimwear, Underwear
- Final Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and include your receipt or proof of purchase. (Photos are required for damaged/defective claims.)
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received funds, contact us at agapeexcursions@gmail.com.
